Single-Family Development: Successfully maximized land utility by executing a lot-split and developing two single-family homes from a single lot, bringing them to market for successful acquisition.
Foreclosure Rehabilitation: Acquired distressed and foreclosed properties, executing full-scale renovations to revitalize neighborhoods and bring stable, high-quality housing back to the active market.
Phase 2: Community-Driven Multifamily Housing (Where We Are)
Multifamily Investment: Expanded our portfolio into multifamily assets by investing in a triplex designed for community-centric living.
Crisis-to-Housing Partnerships: Partnered directly with local organizations like Catholic Community Services to provide immediate, dignified housing for individuals and families transitioning out of shelters and crisis environments.
Phase 3: Institutional Scale & Housing Equity (The Future)
The Vision: Partnering with national and local housing institutions—including LISC and the Amazon Housing Equity Fund—to scale into larger sustainable rental developments and single-family communities.
The Commitment: Structuring future multifamily projects to explicitly welcome and accept Section 8 housing vouchers, ensuring that working-class families, single mothers, and immigrant communities have a high-quality launchpad to build stability and wealth.
